The Grand Reunion of 1994

| The first Congrès Mondial Acadien took place in 1994 in Southeastern New Brunswick. The acadian family reunions, known as "Retrouvailles", were the center piece and were a huge success. This was the perfect opportunity for the Boudreau (ot, ault, eaux) family to reunite descendants of Michel Boudrot from around the world. |

For those who were in Shediac on that Sunday, August 14, 1994, it was really a grand time. Approximately 2,200 Boudreau descendants were there to celebrate their heritage. The afternoon concert was a truly professional event! Many thanks to Louise Boudreau of Memramcook for a job well done. |
